摘要
目的评价共情护理对抑郁症患者抑郁情绪、生活功能的影响价值,为抑郁症患者临床护理工作提供指导。方法选择该院2015年10月—2017年10月收治住院治疗的96例抑郁症患者,均接受常规用药治疗。以随机数字表法法将96例抑郁症患者分为人数均等的参照组、观察组,每组48例患者,参照组抑郁症患者接受常规护理,观察组抑郁症患者联合实施共情护理。对比两组抑郁症患者护理期间抑郁情绪评分变化情况以及生活功能评分、护理工作满意度情况。结果观察组、参照组抑郁症患者护理前焦虑情绪、生活功能评分对比(P>0.05)。护理后,两组抑郁症患者抑郁情绪评分以及生活功能评分对比护理前且观察组对比参照组(P<0.05)。组间护理总满意度结果对比,观察组(89.58%)明显高于参照组(68.75%)(χ~2=6.315 8,P=0.011 9)。结论针对抑郁症患者,共情护理干预在改善患者抑郁情绪、提高患者生活功能方面价值突出,利于和谐护患关系的建立,建议推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of empathy nursing on the depression emotion and living function of depression patients thus providing guidance for the clinical nursing work of depression patients. Methods 96 cases of depression patients hospitalized in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected, and all received the routine medication guidance, and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group received the routine nursing, while the observation group used the empathy nursing on the basis of the control group, and the changes of depression emotion score, score of living function and satisfactory degree to the nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the anxiety emotion and living function scores between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after nursing, the differences in the depression emotion score and living function score of the two groups between the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the total nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（89.58% vs 68.75%）（χ^2=6.315 8, P=0.011 9）. Conclusion The empathy nursing of depression patients can obviously improve the depression emotion and improve the living function, which is beneficial to the establishment of harmonious medical relationship, and it is suggested to be promoted and applied.
