摘要
目的分析脊柱侵袭性血管瘤患者分别采用CT、MRI诊断的临床价值。方法选取2011年2月—2017年5月期间在该院就诊的62例脊柱侵袭性血管瘤患者,按照不同诊断方式采分为实验组(62例,采用MRI诊断)和对照组(62例,采用CT诊断),对比两种诊断方式诊断结果。结果该次62例患者共计患椎119个。MRI检出不规则蜂窝征(73.9%)、椎体及附件骨质膨胀扩大(40.3%)、椎管狭窄(70.6%)和CT检出率77.3%、43.7%、70.6%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MRI检出神经根受压(77.3%)、椎管内硬膜外软组织肿块(43.7%)、椎旁软组织肿块(77.3%)、脊髓马尾受压(82.4%)等均高于CT检出率66.4%、27.7%、50.4%、69.7%,CT检出骨皮质破损率(84.0%)显著高于MRI检出率(59.7%)。结论脊柱侵袭性血管瘤采用CT、MRI诊断均具有一定的应用价值,但MRI诊断的检出特征更明显,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of CT and MRI in diagnosis of invasive hemangioma of the spine.Methods 62 cases of patients with invasive hemangioma of the spine diagnosed in our hospital from February 2011 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 62 cases in each according to different diagnosis methods,the experimental group and the control group respectively used the MRI and CT diagnosis, and the diagnosis results were compared between the two groups. Results There were 119 affected vertebral bodies of 62 cases, and the differences in the incidence rates of irregular honeycomb sign, expansion of vertebral body and appendage and spinal canal stenosis between the MRI and CT were not statistically significant（73.9%, 40.3%, 70.6% vs 77.3%, 43.7%, 70.6%）, P〈0.05, and the incidence rates of root compression, epidural soft tissue mass in spinal canal, paravertebral soft tissue mass, compression of cauda equine tested by the MRI were higher than those of CT,（77.3%, 43.7%, 77.3%, 82.4% vs66.4%, 27.7%, 50.4%, 69.7%） CT detection of bone damage rate（84.0%） was significantly higher than that of MRI（59.70%）. Conclusion The CT and MRI in diagnosis of invasive hemangioma of the spine have a certain application value, but the test signs of MRI diagnosis are more obvious, which is worth recommendation.
