摘要
目的观察研究氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法对2016年5月—2017年10月该院收治的脑梗塞患者73例,将其随机分为对照组36例与观察组37例,对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,在此基础上观察组联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,用药2周后,观察两组疗效。结果观察统计用药14 d后两组疗效,对照组36例总有效率66.67%低于观察组37例86.49%(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS评分对比,观察组为(8.07±3.50)分,对照组为(7.80±2.78)分,组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.364,P=0.716);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分评分比较,观察组为(3.42±2.20)分,对照组为(4.91±2.59)分,组间差异无统计学意义(t=2.651,P=0.009)。结论联合用药对脑梗塞疗效与单一用药对比,研究显示,联合阿托伐他汀钙片与氯吡格雷治疗效果更佳,对改善患者生活质量具有积极作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral infraction. Methods 73 cases of patients with cerebral infraction in our hospital from May 2016 to October2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 36 cases were treated with clopidogrel, while the observation group were treated with clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium, and the curative effect of the two groups was observed after two-week medication. Results The curative effect in 14 d after medication was observed, and the total effective rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group（66.67% vs86.49%）（P〈0.05）, before treatment, the NIHSS score in the observation group and in the control group was respectively（8.07±3.50）points and（7.80±2.78）points, and the difference was not statistically significant（t=0.364, P =0.716）, after treatment, the NIHSS score in the observation group and in the control group was respectively（3.42 ±2.20）points and（4.91±2.59）points, and the difference was not statistically significant（t=2.651, P=0.009）. Conclusion The curative effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral infraction is better than that of single medication, which is of positive significance to improving the quality of life, and it is worth clinical promotion.
