卟啉基多孔有机聚合物的合成、表征及其气体吸附性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以对溴苯甲醛和三甲基硅烷基乙炔(TMSA)为原料合成了5,10,15,20-四(4-乙炔基苯基)卟啉(TEPP)和5,10,15,20-四(4-溴基苯基)卟啉(TBPP),TEPP和TBPP通过Sonogashira偶联反应合成了卟啉基多孔有机聚合物(P-POP)。分别采用1 H NMR、XRD、SEM、FT-IR、吸脱附对P-POP的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明P-POP呈现无规块状形貌且部分结晶,在950℃以内具有良好的热稳定性。孔结构分析表明P-POP具有较高孔隙率,BET比表面积达659.9m2/g,总孔容为0.7cm3/g,孔径分布范围为5~20nm,且P-POP在273K下对CO2表现出良好的吸附能力,最大吸附值达25.2cm3/g。 Building blocks of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-ethynylphenyl)porphyrin(TEPP)and 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-bromophenyl)porphyrin(TBPP)were synthesized by Sonogashira coupling of p-bromobenzaldehyde and trimethylsilylacetylene.The porphyrin-based porous organic polymer(P-POP)were successfully produced by Sonogashira coupling of TEPP and TBPP.1 H NMR,XRD,SEM,FT-IR and gas adsorption were applied for structural and property analysis of P-POP.The results indicated that P-POP was irregular and noncrystalline bulks,and had excellent thermal stability from room temperature to 950℃.The BET specific surface area and the pore volume of P-POP were 659.9 m2/g and 0.7 cm3/g,respectively.The pore size was mainly distributed in the range of 5—20 nm.P-POP displayed good CO_2 adsorption capacity at 273 K,and the maximum adsorption value was up to 25.2 cm3/g.
