摘要
目的观察在粉刺性乳痈的治疗中应用中药外敷配合西黄胶囊的效果。方法将80例粉刺性乳痈患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组予以常规的西医治疗,观察组应用中药外敷配合西黄胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的症状积分变化和治疗有效率;并在治疗后6个月随访,比较两组的复发率。结果治疗后,两组的症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在粉刺性乳痈的治疗中应用中药外敷配合西黄胶囊,可更好地改善患者的症状,提高治疗效果,还可有效预防疾病复发。
Objective To observe the effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with Xihuang capsules on acne mastitis. Methods A total of 80 cases of acne mastitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given external application of Chinese medicine combined with Xihuang capsules. The changes of symptom scores before and after treatment and effective rate of treatment in the two groups were compared.After 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptom scores in the two groups decreased, and the sympton score in the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The external application of Chinese medicine combined with Xihuang capsules on acne mastitis can better improve the patient＇s symptoms and the therapeutic effect, but also can effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease.
