摘要
目的探究优质护理在膝关节置换术患者中的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月,两年内在该院关节骨科进行膝关节置换术的患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组患者均给予骨科住院患者的常规护理,实验组患者均在对照组患者护理的基础上给予优质护理干预措施,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率及护理满意度评分。结果实验组患者的术后并发症发生率为0.0%,明显低于对照组患者的5.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.92,P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度评分平均为(97.4±2.1)分,明显高于对照组患者的(91.7±0.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.73,P<0.05)。结论给予膝关节置换术患者优质护理干预措施,可有效降低术后并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,有利于维护医患关系,降低住院费用,改善患者预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of excellent nursing in patients with knee joint replacement. Methods80 cases of patients with knee joint replacement in our hospital within two years in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the excellent nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group, and the incidence rate of complications after surgery and nursing satisfactory degree score were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications after surgery in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, 0.0% vs 5.0%,the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=3.92,P〈 0.05）,and the average nursing satisfactory degree score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（97.4±2.1） marks vs（91.7±0.9） marks,the difference was statistically significant（t=10.73,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing intervention measures in patients with knee joint replacement can effectively reduce the indigence rate of postoperative complications, and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is beneficial t maintaining the medical relationship, reducing the hospitalization cost and improving the prognosis, and it is worth clinical promotion.
