摘要
目的总结并归纳腹腔镜辅助低位直肠保肛术在治疗直肠癌时,具体的效果。方法从该院2014年10月—2017年10月,选取50例已确诊为直肠癌患者作为研究对象,以计算机表法分为两组,观察组以及对照组各25例,对照组使用的治疗方式为开腹低位直肠癌前切除术,观察组使用的治疗方式为腹腔镜辅助低位直肠保肛术,然后以两组患者的手术出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生率作为主要评价标准,对两种治疗手段的治疗效果进行评估。结果在观察组,使用腹腔镜辅助低位直肠保肛术后,手术出血量为(35.89±21.57)mL,住院时间为(13.24±5.26)d与对照组手术出血量(57.48±27.15)mL,住院时间(17.52±8.25)d相比,呈现较为优异的状况,而且两者之间差异有统计学意义(t=2.187 2,3.113 1,P<0.05),比较两组患者的并发症发生率,观察组为(8.00%),对照组患者为(32.00%),(χ~2=4.500 0,P=0.000 0<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助低位直肠保肛术在治疗直肠癌时具有更高的治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,降低手术出血量安全性较高,可以被推广应用。
Objective To summarize the specific effect of laparoscope assisted by anus-retained operation for low rectal cancer in treatment of rectal cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with rectal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the observation group were treated with anterior resection of lower rectal cancer, while the observation group were treated with laparoscope assisted by anus-retained operation for low rectal cancer, and the operative bleeding amount, length of stay and incidence rate of complications were used as the major evaluation standards, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results After the laparoscope assisted by anus-retained operation for low rectal cancer, the operative bleeding amount, and length of stay in the observation group and in the control group were respectively（35.89 ±21.57）mL,（13.24 ±5.26）d and（57.48 ±27.15）mL,（17.52±8.25）d, a nd the differences were obvious（t =2.187 2,3.113 1,P 〈0.05）.and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 8.00% and32.00%,（χ2=4.500 0,P =0.000 0）. Conclusion The effect of laparoscope assisted by anus-retained operation for low rectal cancer in treatment of rectal cancer is higher, which can shorten the length of stay, and reduce the operative bleeding amount with higher safety, and it can be promoted and applied.
