血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态观察的应用与意义评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的评估血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态观察的应用与意义。方法选取2016年1—12月期间在该院行血常规检查的260例患者,患者均一次性抽取2份血样,分别进行血细胞分析仪检测和血细胞形态镜检。收集患者血样检测结果,分别统计两种检测方式对淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜碱性细胞、嗜酸性细胞的检测结果,并评估两种方法单独检测和联合检测的检验准确率。结果血细胞分析仪对淋巴细胞(64.62%)、单核细胞(61.15%)、中性粒细胞(68.08%)指标检验准确性显著低于血细胞形态观察(72.31%、69.62%、73.85%),但血细胞形态观察对嗜碱粒细胞(68.85%)、嗜酸粒细胞(70.77%)指标检验准确性显著低于血细胞分析仪(73.08%、75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态观察检测对淋巴细胞(91.92%)、单核细胞(86.15%)、中性粒细胞(93.08%)、嗜碱粒细胞(90.38%)、嗜酸粒细胞(88.08%)检测准确性均显著高于血细胞分析仪或血细胞形态观察单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态观察可进一步提高血常规检测准确性。 Objective This paper tries to evaluate the application and significance of blood cell analyzer combined with the observation of blood cell morphology. Methods From January to December 2016, there were 260 patients who underwent blood routine examination in this hospital were selected. 2 blood samples were taken at once. Blood cell analyzer and blood cell morphological examination were performed respectively. Blood samples were collected, and the results of two detection methods for lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, basophils and eosinophils were statistically analyzed. The accuracy of two methods for detection and combined detection was evaluated. Results Blood cell analyzer(64.62%) of lymphocytes and mononuclear cells(61.15%), neutropenia(68.08%) index test accuracy was significantly lower than that of blood cell morphology(72.31%, 69.62%, 73.85%), but the blood cell morphology observation of basophils(68.85%) and eosinophils(70.77%) index inspection accuracy significantly below the blood cell analyzer(73.08%, 75.00%), the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Blood cell analyzer and blood cell morphology was observed on lymphocytes and mononuclear cells(91.92%)(86.15%)(93.08%), neutrophils, basophils(90.38%) and eosinophils(88.08%) detection accuracy was significantly higher than that of blood cell analyzer or blood cell morphology test alone, significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The blood cell analyzer combined with the observation of blood cell morphology can further improve the accuracy of blood routine detection.
