摘要
目的检测出口中药材中重金属镍的含量,分析镍污染情况。方法采用湿法消解,石墨炉原子吸收法测定了510批(116个品种)出口中药材中重金属镍含量。结果 56%以上样本镍含量超过1mg/kg,镍含量相对较高的样本以全草、花、叶等部位入药品种为主;以样本量和结果值为标准选取金银花等15个品种,按《中国药典》(四部)对于重金属最大限量理论值公式和WHO关于镍可容许摄入量要求,参考《中国药典》规定的相关品种服用剂量上限对测定结果进行分析,15个中药材品种中镍含量超限率最高达到71.4%。结论出口中药材镍的污染情况较严重,有必要在更全面更深入的研究基础上对部分出口品种规定镍含量限值,并加以监管控制,保证出口中药材的品质和安全性。
Objective To analyze the nickel contamination, the content of heavy metal nickel in the exported Chinese herbal medicines is tested. Methods Wet digestion is applied as a pretreatment, and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is used to determine the nickel content. Chinese herbal medicines exported are analyzed for nickel contamination. Results It shows that 56 % of the samples containing more than 1 mg/kg of nickel. The relatively high nickel content of the sample is the whole grass, flowers, leaves the main part of drug varieties. 15 varieties are selected based on sample size and content, such as honeysuckle and so on. According to ‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia＇ for the fourth part of the maximum theoretical formula for heavy metals, WHO on the nickel allowable intake requirements and refer to ‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia＇ under the relevant species dosage limit, we analyze the results. The results show that the 15 varieties of Chinese medicine in the nickel content exceeded the maximum rate is 71.4 %. Conclusion The export of Chinese herbal medicines nickel pollution is more serious. Therefore, it is necessary to stipulate the nickel content for some export varieties on the basis of more in-depth research and to strictly supervise. The above measures can guarantee the quality and safety of Chinese herbal medicines for export.
