摘要
分析了刮板输送机控制技术现状,研究了刮板输送机工况及变频器的性能,提出了主从控制、主控速度、从跟转矩、多电机功率协同的刮板输送机变频控制方法。变频控制的刮板输送机可在恒速下根据负载变化主动调节变频器输出,实现电机输出转矩与负载的匹配,实现刮板输送机无级软起动、降低电网冲击、减少机械冲击、平稳运行的目标。
Analyzing the status quo of scraper conveyor control technology,studiy the working conditions of scraper conveyor and the performance of frequency converters. It proposes a kind of control method about the scraper conveyor frequency conversion with master-slave control,master control speed, heel torque, and multi-motor power. Frequency-controlled scraper conveyor can actively adjust the output of the inverter according to the load change at a constant speed to achieve the matching of the motor output torque and the load,achieving the purpose of the scraper conveyor stepless soft start,reduction in grid shock and mechanical impact, and smooth operation.
