经胸超声心动图诊断急性主动脉壁间血肿2例
摘要
1病例资料患者1,女性,57岁,主因＂突发胸痛7 h＂入院。既往高血压病3年,最高180/110 mm Hg,20年吸烟史。超声心动图（UCG）检查：升主动脉-弓部迂曲、增宽,管壁不均匀增厚5～10 mm,回声减低,累及主动脉全段,最厚处位于升主动脉-弓部前壁,管腔内未探及剥脱内膜样回声.
