摘要
目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中B7-H4的表达及其与肿瘤内T细胞浸润、TNM分期、组织分化及淋巴转移的相关性。方法收治的NSCLC患者58例用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测NSCLC患者血清中B7-H4水平,并采用相关性检验分析NSCLC患者血清中B7-H4水平变化与患者民族、性别、年龄、吸烟与否、肿块大小、组织分化、TNM分期及淋巴结转移的关系。使用间接免疫荧光双标染色法分析NSCLC肿瘤组织内的CD3^+T、CD4^+T细胞数量及肿瘤生长因子β(TGF-β)的分泌情况。结果 B7-H4、CD3^+T、CD4^+T在不同组织分化、TNM分期及淋巴转移中差异有统计学意义。NSCLC患者血清中B7-H4的水平与患者性别、年龄、吸烟、民族、肿瘤大小、CD3^+T、CD4^+T细胞及TGF-β水平无相关性。NSCLC患者B7-H4的水平与TNM分期、组织分化水平及淋巴结转移有一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者血清中B7-H4水平可以反映肿瘤TNM分期、组织分化及淋巴转移情况,临床上对NSCLC的预后有一定参考价值。
Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of B7-H4 in serum of non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) patients and the correlation with T cell infiltration,TNM staging,histological differentiation and lymphatic metastasis in tumor tissues. Methods 58 NSCLC patients were involved in this study. The B7-H4 levels were examined by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The double immunofluorescence labeling method was used to examine CD3+T,CD4+T and tumor growth factor β(TGF-β) levels in tumor tissues. The correlations between the serum B7-H4 levels and the nation,gender,age,smoking history,tumor size,TNM staging,histological differentiation,lymphatic metastasis,T cell infiltration were conducted by using the Pearson correlation analysis. Results There were significant differences for B7 H4 expression and CD3+,CD4+cell infiltration in different histological differentiation,TNM staging,lymphatic metastasis(P〈0.05). There were no correlations between the B7-H4 levels and nation,gender,age,smoking history,tumor size(P〈0.05). The B7-H4 levels were positively correlated with the TNM staging,histological differentiation,lymphatic metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of B7-H4 in serum of NSCLC patients could reflect the TNM staging,histological differentiation and lymphatic metastasis,and may be considered as promising predictor for prognosis for NSCLC.
