摘要
针对混沌系统相空间重构参数确定的问题,基于嵌入窗理论,将AD法和LSSVM相结合,提出了一种确定混沌系统相空间重构参数的新方法,利用AD法和LSSVM分别确定嵌入窗宽度和嵌入维数,求得相空间重构的最佳延迟时间。以LORENZ系统为例,对所提方法进行了仿真,并研究了噪声对混沌系统相空间重构参数确定的影响,结果表明,在一定噪声(SNR>OdB)环境下,上述方法能够准确的确定混沌系统相空间重构参数,较BP神经网络和传统的SVM的均方差MSE降低了近一个数量级。
According to the theory of embedding window, a new method was proposed to determine chaotic system phase space reconstruction parameters based on AD method and LSSVM. AD method was used to determine the width of the embedding window after determining the embedding dimension. Delay time can be calculated according to the width of the embedding window and embedding dimension. The LORENZ chaotic system was selected as an example, and the influence of noise on determining chaotic system phase space reconstruction parameters was researched. The result shows that the method is applicable for determining chaotic system phase space reconstruction parameters when SNR is bigger than 0dB, and can decrease the mean square by one order of magnitude compared with the methods such as BP neural network and traditional SVM.
