2017年的法国图书市场喜忧参半。首先,文学领域保持相对较高的产出量,推出众多新人新作,其中数量最大的是小说,其他文学体裁,如戏剧、诗歌等,以少而精的姿态降临市场。另外,法国书籍的海外影响力日益增强。然而,相较于2016年,2017年的图书销售呈现总体下滑现象。在这一大势之下,维持稳定增长的只有通俗文学和女性文学。2017年法国文坛关注的主题大则极大,小则至微。作家在放眼国家、欧洲、世界的同时,不忘对个人及内心的关心,在描述日常琐事时,也不忘从个体身上发掘人类通性。各个文学奖项的分布显示,2017年最受瞩目的文学题材分别是历史问题、时事问题以及文学永恒的主题———生活。
The book market in France showed mixed trends in 2017.On the one hand,the literary field maintained a relatively high growth with a large number of new authors and works.In it,fictions occupied the largest proportion,and other genres,such as drama and poetry,while high in quality,were limited in volume.Moreover,last year has seen an increase in international influence of French books.On the other hand,the overall sales volume of books was down compared to 2016 with the exception of the popular and female literature,which recorded steady growth.In terms of subjects,both grand and small topics were covered.The concerns of individuals and their inner feelings were not ignored while national,European and worldwide events were being addressed.As shown by the distribution of the literary awards,the literary subjects that attracted the greatest interest in 2017 were historical issues,current affairs,and the eternal concern of literature—life.
