摘要
少数民族语言权利意义重大,关系着文化多样性发展,表征着民族认同和民族平等的实践情况,因此国家在宪法中对民族语言权利进行了专门规定。宪法中有关民族语言权利的规定形成了民族语言权利保护的宪法精神,对于相关精神的落实需要在立法、行政、权利救济等方面全面推进,只有这样才能使民族语言权利得到充分保障。当前国家在立法、行政等领域的民族语言权利实践已经取得了众多成果,而这些领域也是未来宪法中的民族语言权利保障实现需要继续努力的方向。
The language rights of ethnic minorities are significant relationship with the development of cultural diversity,but also characterized with ethnic identity and ethnic equality in practice, so the state in the constitution of the national language rights has special provisions. Provisions of the relevant national language rights in the constitution of the formation of the spirit of national language to protect the rights of the constitution, for the implementation of the spirit of relief in the legislative, administrative, such as the right to promote a comprehensive, in order to make the national language rights are fully guaranteed. At present, many achievements have been made in the practice of national language rights in the legislative,administrative and other fields, and these areas are also the direction of the realization of the national language rights in the future constitution and need to continue their efforts.
