摘要 目的:观察1 565 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗腹部妊娠纹的疗效及安全性。方法:随机选取2015—2016年来该院就诊的20例妊娠纹患者,采用波长1 565 nm Resur Fx非剥脱点阵激光治疗,每次治疗间隔6周,共3次。治疗后定期进行随访及照相,根据受试者治疗前、后瘢痕改善度及术后不良反应等评价其疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后18例妊娠纹患者对治疗效果表示满意,有效率为90.0%。Antera3D誖照相系统分析结果示与治疗前比较,治疗后妊娠纹凹陷体积、粗糙程度及平均凹陷评分均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均能耐受治疗过程,术后平均疼痛评分为3~7分。患者术后均出现不同程度的肿胀、红斑、结痂及色素沉着,于2~14 d内消退,均未出现瘢痕及水泡。结论:1 565 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗妊娠纹疗效显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 1 565 nm non-ablative fractional laser(NAFL) for the treatment of striae gravidarum. Methods: Twenty patients with striae gravidarum were recruited from department of dermatology, Xijing Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University from 2015 to 2016. Patients were treated with 1 565 nm ResurFx NAFL once every 6 weeks for 3 times. Patients were followed up and photos were taken regularly after the treatments. Efficacy and safety were evaluated according to the improvements in the scars and adverse reactions. Results: Following the treatments with M22- ResurFx laser, 18 patients were satisfied with the outcome. The effective rates were 90.0%. Analysis of photographs with the Antera3D camera system showed that the volume, roughness, and average depression score of the stretch marks were significantly reduced after treatment(P〈0.05, versus pretreatment). All patients tolerated the treatment procedure, and the average pain scores ranged 3 to 7. All Patients experienced various extent of swelling, erythema, crusts and hyperpigmentation,which subsided within 2 to 14 days after treatment. No scars and blisters were observed. Conclusions: 1 565 nm non-ablative fractional laser is effective for striae gravidarum with fewer adverse reactions, and is worthy of trial.
