摘要
近些年随着我国供给侧改革的不断推进,农村地区的改革也在逐渐深入,尤其是针对农村地区的土地流转问题。土地的合理有序的流转,是对土地资源有效利用,在有效配置农村土地资源的基础上,有效地解决了土地荒芜,弃耕的土地浪费现象,在提高农村经济效益和社会效益的同时,对于农村劳动力二次就业也取得了很好的安排。接下来就针对我国现阶段供给侧改革背景下的农村土地流转问题实施分析,旨在促进我国农业产业化规模的发展。
In recent years, with the continuous advancement of China＇s supply-side reforms, reforms in rural areas have been gradually deepened, especially for the problem of land circulation in rural areas. The rational and orderly transfer of land is an effective use of land resources. On the basis of effective allocation of rural land resources, it effectively solves the problems of land ridiculous and abandonment of cultivated land. At the same time as improving rural economic and social benefits, good arrangements have also been made for the secondary employment of rural laborers. Next, it will analyze the rural land circulation under the background of supply-side reforms in China at the present stage, aiming to promote the development of China＇s agricultural industrialization scale.
