摘要
充填采矿技术被广泛应用于地下金属矿山。石人沟铁矿通过不断研究和攻关,在不同井采时期分别运用了3种充填挡墙封堵技术,在对一、二期工程遗留下来的采空区进行充填治理时,有效实施了混凝土浇筑墙体封堵方案;在三期工程前期,为有效提升封堵效率,合理降低封堵成本,将原有封堵方式改进为青砖砂浆墙体封堵方案,达到了预期目标;在三期工程后期,进行了充填挡墙封堵技术的再攻关,成功采用可回收式轻型封堵挡墙技术,推广应用价值显著。最终,矿山确立了以可回收式轻型封堵挡墙为主、以青砖砂浆墙体为补充的安全、高效、低成本的稳定可靠的充填封堵技术方案,从而为井下采空区治理与采充生产高效衔接奠定了坚实的技术基础。
Mining Filling technique is widely used in underground metal mines. Trough constant study of Shirengou h'on Mine, goaf filling practice is done by adopting three retaining wall sealing tech- niques respectively in different mining period. The remaining goaf of first and second mining engineering is treated by using concrete retaining wall sealing technical scheme ; in the pre-phase of third mining en- gineering, in order to effectively improve the sealing efficiency and reduce sealing cost, the above sealing technical scheme is replaced by the new sealing technique, which retaining wall is constructed by green brick mortar, the expected goal is achieved; in the end of third mining engineering, the retaining wall sealing technique is studied again, the recyclable light retaining wall sealing technique is proposed and applied. Based on the above study results, the retaining wall sealing technical scheme is mainly for recy- clable light retaining wall and secondly for the retaining wall constructed by grey brick and mortar, the technical scheme is characterized by safety, high efficiency and low cost, which can lay a solid founda- tion for the treat of goal and production connection of mining and filling of underground mine.
