综放工作面支架水平力及稳定性分析

摘要 结合某煤矿放顶煤工作面的矿压显现特征进行试验,对综放工作面液压支架工作过程中水平力的来源、作用机理及其结构的稳定性进行了分析,将理论分析结果与现场的实测结果相结合,使研究更具有现场指导意义。试验结果表明:支架的水平力主要由主动水平力和被动水平力两部分组成,其中二柱式放顶煤支架的水平力大于四柱式放顶煤支架,同时研究发现支架水平力与支架的稳定性密切相关。 Combining with the characteristics of mine pressure in a coal caving face, the source of horizontal force, the mechanism of action and the stability of structure in the working process of hydraulic support in fully mechanized caving face are analyzed. The theoretical analysis results are combined with the field measured results, which makes the research more instructive in the field. The experimental results show that the horizontal force of the support is mainly composed of active horizontal force and passive horizontal force, in which the horizontal force of the two-pillar caving support is greater than that of the four-pillar caving support. At the same time, it is found that the horizontal force of the support is closely related to the stability of the support.
