摘要
套铣筒是与套铣鞋联合使用的套铣工具,其功能除旋转钻进套铣之外,还可用来进行冲砂、冲盐、热洗解堵等作用。新工艺技术采用机械式内割刀把遇卡套铣筒切割分段,再下打捞工具把遇卡套铣筒逐段打捞出来实现解卡。通过对遇卡套铣筒的切割及打捞方法在卫77-9井的成功运用,证明了该方法的可行性,克服了磨铣打捞遇卡套铣筒造成重复卡钻的危险性,为打捞遇卡套铣筒提供了方法及思路,避免了磨铣套铣筒时损坏套管的可能性,在打捞施工上取得创新。
The casing milling canister is a casing milling tool which is used in combination with the casing milling shoe. It is not only used for casing milling in rotating drilling, but also can be used for sand washing, salt washing and hot washing plugging removal. A new casing milling canister unfreezing technology is to cut the casing milling canister into several segments with the mechanical internal cutting tool, and then to salvage the segments with the fishing tool. The successful application of this technology in well Wei 77-9 proves the feasibility of the method. The technology overcomes the risk of repeated sticking caused by grinding fishing, and avoids the possibility of damaging the casing in grinding casing canister, which provides a new method and idea for the fishing of the casing milling canister, and makes innovation in the salvage construction.
