摘要
研制开关柜温湿度无线监测仪,从硬件和软件两个方面阐述了监测仪的技术路线.硬件方面通过研制安装于柜内的无线采集终端和柜体外的接收装置来满足实时显示的需求.软件上主要采用实时显示测点温度,并对温度数据做出分析、报警和保存,及时提醒工作人员对报警情况做出处理,避免事故发生.此装置不仅克服了在开关柜内高温、高压、强磁场环境下温度不易监测的难题,还节省了大量的人力、物力,提高了事故预判的准确性和实时性.
A switch cabinet temperature and humidity wireless monitor is developed,and the technical route of the monitor is described in terms of hardware and software.On the hardware,the wireless acquisition terminal installed in the cabinet and the receiving device outside the cabinet are developed to meet the requirements of real-time display.The software mainly uses the real-time display measuring point temperature which analyzes,alarms and saves the temperature data,so that it can promptly inform the staff of the alarm situation to avoid accidents.This device not only overcomes the difficult problem of temperature monitoring under high temperature,high voltage,and strong magnetic field environment in the switch cabinet but also saves a lot of manpower and material resources and improves the accuracy and real-time performance of the accident prediction.
