摘要
针对压缩机气阀装配机械手在装配工序中的单工位工作,设计了一种用于多工位气阀装配机械手的工作平台,以提高单台压缩机气阀装配机械手使用率,降低设备采购成本.应用Pro/E对工作平台机械本体建模,应用ANSYS Workbench对工作平台车架进行有限元分析.工作平台的控制器采用西门子S7-200系列PLC,对执行机构和检测机构实现精确控制;通过人机界面,实现参数设置、数据检测和状态监控.研究表明,所设计的工作平台机械结构合理,控制系统精确,达到了预期目的.
This paper mainly introduces a working platform for a multi-station valve assembly robot.The working platform is to solve the problem that the compressor valve assembly manipulator can only work in a single station in the assembly process,improve the utilization rate of the single quipment purchase cost.This paper uses Pro/E to model the mechanical body of the working platform and uses ANSYS Workbench to perform finite element analysis on the frame of the working platform.The controller of the working platform adopts the Siemens S7-200 series PLC to achieve precise control of the actuator and detection mechanism.The working platform realizes parameter setting,data detection and status monitoring through the man-machine interface.Studies have shown that the mechanical structure of the working platform designed in this paper is reasonable and the control system is accurate,and can achieve the intended design goals.
