摘要
随着HXD1型机车的大量使用,机车轮对踏面剥离现象越来越突出,减少该现象的发生成为急需解决的问题。介绍了轮对踏面剥离的现状,对引起轮对剥离的的原因进行分析,并提出针对性的改进措施。
With the large-scale use of HXD1 locomotives, the phenomenon of wheel tread peeling becomes more and more prominent. Reducing occurrence of this phenomenon has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the author introduced current situation of tread peeling of wheel set. Then, the author analyzed the reasons aiming at tread peeling of wheel set, and put forward targeted improvement measures.
