摘要
目的:分析益气活血运脾方在小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗中的可行性。方法:将2014年7月-2017年2月间我院纳入的62例小儿反复呼吸道感染病例资料进行分析研究;随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组31例;对照组行匹多莫德颗粒治疗;观察组行益气活血运脾方治疗。结果:经治疗,观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%(29/31),对照组治疗总有效率为77.42%(24/31),两数据间有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组主要症状改善时间均明显快于对照组(P<0.05);复发次数比较,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血运脾方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染整体疗效显著,可在临床中给予运用。
Objective： To analyze the feasibility of the Yiqi Huoxue Yunpi prescription（ 益气活血运脾方） on recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods： 62 cases were divided into the observation group and control group, 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Pidotimod granules; the observation group was given the Yiqi Huoxue Yunpi prescription. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency was 93.55%（29/31） in the observation group and 77.42%（24/31） in the control group, with a statistical difference（P〈 0.05）. The improvement time of symptoms was significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）; relapses in the observation group was fewer than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Huoxue Yunpi prescription on recurrent respiratory tract infection shows a better effect, can be applied in clinical practice.
