摘要
目的:探讨全程中医护理模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者围术期的应用价值。方法:将2016年1月-2017年5月110例子宫肌瘤手术患者作为对象,依据数字表法分组,各有55例。对照组围术期采取常规护理模式,全程中医组围术期采取全程中医护理模式。比较两组子宫肌瘤手术护理满意度;手术实施全程时间、术后开始进食时间、术后住院观察时间、住院总费用;干预前后患者心理神志状态、机体疼痛指数、应激水平;术后感染和腹胀等并发症发生率。结果:全程中医组子宫肌瘤手术护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;全程中医组手术实施全程时间、术后开始进食时间、术后住院观察时间短于对照组,住院总费用低于对照组,P<0.05;干预后全程中医组心理神志状态、机体疼痛指数、应激水平优于对照组,P<0.05。全程中医组术后感染和腹胀等并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:全程中医护理模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者围术期的应用价值高,可有效改善患者心理神志状态,减轻机体疼痛、应激水平,缩短手术时间,加速术后进食和出院,并发症少,患者满意度高,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate application value of full TCM nursing for uterine fibroid surgery patients during perioperative period. Methods： 110 patients were divided into two groups, 55 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing; and the fulc TCM nursing group was given the full TCM nursing. Satisfaction of nursing, duration of surgery, clinical efficacy, cost and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, satisfaction of nursing, duration of surgery, clinical efficacy, cost and incidence of adverse reactions in the full TCM nursing group were better than those in the control group, P〈 0.05. Conclusion： Full TCM nursing for uterine fibroid surgery patients during perioperative period shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
