摘要
目的:研究针刺配合天麻素注射液治疗神经性头痛的疗效及临床应用。方法:将我社区门诊及甘肃省康复中心医院住院部中医科76例神经性头痛患者随机分成两组,对照组(38例)单纯给予天麻素注射液治疗,治疗组(38例)采用针刺配合天麻素注射液治疗。结果:经上述方法治疗后,两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为86.84%,对照组为63.16%,治疗2个疗程后两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合天麻素注射液治疗神经性头痛临床效果显著,值得应用推广。
Objective： To study the efficacy of the gastrodine injection and acupuncture on neuropathic headache. Methods： 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（38 cases） was simply given the gastrodine injection; and the treatment group（38 cases） was treated by acupuncture more. Results： After treatment, total effective rate was 86.84% in the treatment group, and 63.16% in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The gastrodine injection and acupuncture on headache shows a significantly effect, and is worthy of application.
