摘要
目的:分析加减温胆汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:本次研究中患者的入选时间为2015年4月-2017年3月,60例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者均在我院被确诊,按照患者的就医顺序分组,前30例患者为观察组(加减温胆汤治疗),后30例患者为对照组(西医方法治疗)。对两组治疗效果以及治疗前后血脂指标变化情况进行比较。结果:观察组经过治疗,总有效率远高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血脂各项指标都有变化,但是观察组患者的变化情况要优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:用加减温胆汤的中医方法对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者进行治疗可有效缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Wendan decoction（加减温胆汤） on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods： 60 patients were grouped according to the medical order. The observation group was treated with the Wendan decoction; the control group was given western medicine. The effect and the change of blood lipid parameters in groups were compared between groups. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was much higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The changes in the observation group were better than those in the control group; the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Wendan decoction on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve efficacy.
