摘要
本文从五个方面论述了民用航空科技信息环境的建设思路,包括民用航空科技信息环境的现状与需求分析、组成要素分析、体系框架构建、制定信息采集与资源整合揭示的标准与途径、制定运行与更新机制等。
This paper discusses the idea of civil aviation science and technology information environment from five aspects,including that status and demand analysis,elements analysis,system framework,the standards and ways to formulate information collection and resources integration,and the establishment of the mechanism of operation and renewal.
