摘要
研究了氯盐体系浸出湿法炼锌浮选银精矿及分步置换银、铅、铜的工艺技术条件。研究表明,采用NaCl-HCl-CaCl_2体系浸出湿法炼锌浮选银精矿,银、铅、铜的浸出率分别可达97%、96%、65%以上,用锌粉分步置换可得到含银47%以上的银绵,含铜23%以上的铜绵,含铅48%以上的铅绵。
Leaching of flotation silver concentrate from zinc hydrometallurgy with chloride system and the process conditions for step-by-step replacement of silver, lead and copper are studied in this paper. According to the study results, with the adoption of NaCl-HCl-CaCl2 system for leaching of flotation silver concentrate from zinc hydrometallurgy,the leaching rates of silver, lead, copper can be more than 97%, 96% and 65% respectively. With the adoption of step-by-step replacement by zinc powder, sponge silver with silver content over 47%, sponge copper with copper content over 23% and sponge lead with lead content over 48% can be obtained.
