摘要
目的探讨强化护理安全管理在防范护理风险中的应用。方法 2015年2月—2016年2月选取科室内32名护士作为此次研究对象。采用前后对照法,比较强化护理安全管理前后护理人员的安全管理意识变化和护理风险发生情况。结果护理安全管理干预后护理人员的各项安全意识评分明显高于干预前,护理风险事件发生率明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化护理安全管理应用于防范护理风险中,有利于提高护理人员安全意识,降低护理风险,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application of strengthening nursing safety management in preventing nursing risk. Methods 32 nurses in this department from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the objects of the study. The change of safety management consciousness of nursing staff before and after nursing safety management and the incidence of nursing risk were compared before and after the nursing safety management. Results After the intervention of nursing safety management, the safety awareness scores of nurses were significantly higher than those before intervention.The incidence of nursing risk events was significantly lower than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of intensive nursing safety management in preventing nursing risk is conducive to improving nurses＇ safety awareness and reducing nursing risk, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
