摘要
教师专业发展不仅是国际教师教育研究领域的一个流行概念,同时也是教育界学者们关注的热点领域之一。教师专业知识始终是教师专业发展的基础,对教师专业知识发展的研究始终是教师专业发展研究的核心内容,对教师专业知识结构研究进行综述,将会对教师专业发展具有重要的启发。国外学者关于教师专业知识结构的研究可以概括为教师的内容知识结构理论、教师的教学法知识结构理论以及其他教师知识结构理论等。国内学者对教师专业知识结构的研究可以概括为实践取向的教师专业知识结构理论、学科取向的教师专业知识结构理论、功能取向的教师专业知识结构理论以及复合型取向的教师专业知识结构理论四种取向的理论。
The teacher's professional development is not only a popular concept in the field of international teacher education research, but also one of the hot areas of attention of scholars in the educational field. Teachers' professional knowledge is always the basis of teachers' professional development, and the research on the development of teachers' professional knowledge has always been the core content of the study of teacher,s professional development. A summary of the research on the structure of teacher' sprofessional knowledge will be of great inspiration to the professional development of teacher's.Foreign scholars' research on teachers' professional knowledge structure can be summarized as the structure theory of the teacher's content knowledge, the structure theory of the teacher's pedagogy knowledge, other teacher's knowledge structure theories. Domestic scholars' researchon the structure of teacher professional knowledge can be summarized as the structure theory of practice-oriented teacher professional knowledge, the structure theory of subject-oriented teacher professional knowledge, the structure theory of function-oriented teacher professional knowledge, and the structure theory of compound-oriented teacher professional knowledge.
