摘要 IgG4相关性硬化性胆管炎（immunoglobulin G4-related sclerosing cholangitis,IgG4-SC）是IgG4相关性疾病的胆管受累表现,是以血清IW4水平升高及胆管大量IgG4阳性浆细胞浸润并伴有纤维化形成为特征的自身免疫性疾病.IgG4-SC的影像学特征和临床表现与胆管癌类似,易误诊为胆管癌而过度治疗.
