摘要
以1年生大果榆为试验材料,采用盆栽称重控制土壤含水量的方法,设置4个水分处理水平,研究水分胁迫对1年生大果榆生长过程中生长和生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着土壤含水量的减少,大果榆的叶片含水量(RWC)、叶绿素含量逐渐降低,水分饱和亏(WSD)、叶片保水力、根冠比、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势。水分胁迫下的1年生大果榆能通过调节自身水分状况,改变地上部分与地下部分生物量的分配加大根冠比,降低细胞膜的伤害程度,同时通过积累渗透调节物质来提高植物的吸水和保水能力,从而有效抵御干旱逆境,维持植株生长。
To study the growth and physiological characteristics under drought stress,1-year-old seedlings of Ulmus macrocarpa were potted and treated with 4 soil water supply levels,which were controlled by weighing the soil and pots.The results indicated that with the decrease of soil water supply,leaf tissue water,chlorophyll contents decreased significantly,leaf water saturated,leaf water conservation deficiency,rootshoot ratio and the content of MDA and soluble sugar showed an increasing trend,indicating that 1-year-old Ulmus macrocarpaseedlings could effectively defend drought adversity through adjusting its own water status,reducing the degree of damage to the cell membrane,changing the aboveground and underground part biomass allocation and increasing root-shoot ratio under water stress,and through the accumulation of osmoregulation substances to improve plant water absorption and water-retaining capacity.
