摘要
超精密直流偏置电压源具有输出电压值精度高、输出稳定、噪声低、温度漂移小等特点,在科学研究和日常生产的特殊场合中使用,提供精准的电压输出以及实现精细的控制功能。根据实际需求,使用高精度DAC器件,设计了一种16通道超精密直流电压源,可以提供-10V-+10V的电压精密输出,分辨率为76μV。此外,还对整个电路的噪声进行了分析,并且进行了长时间的实际测试,短时抖动峰峰值最大为22μV,长时间抖动峰峰值最大为80μV,噪声在1×10^-5(相对不确定度)以下,实现了高精度低噪声的直流稳压源。
The voltage output of ultra-precision DC bias voltage source is highly accurate,stable,and has low noise,low temperature drift,etc.In science research and some special occasions of daily life,it can supply the accurate voltage or current output and fine control.According to the actual demands,by using highly accurate DAC,this paper designs a 16-channel ultra-precision DC voltage source,which supplies-10 V-+10 Vvoltage output and has 76μV resolution.In addition,analyzing noise of whole circuit and long term test was done,which shows that its max short term fluctuation is 22μV(peak to peak),max long term fluctuation is 80μV(peak to peak),and noise is under 1×10-5(relative uncertainty),and high precision,low noise DC stable output is achieved.
