摘要
脑卒中病恢复期,除常见有偏瘫、失语等常见症外,还常见到强制性自笑。该症的出现常伴有烦躁、易哭等感情脆弱的表现,现将临床上治疗的40例报告于后。
40 patients were randomly divided into 2 grou-ps,23 in the observed group who were treated with theneedling in bilateral Neiguan (P 6) the 2nd and 3rdspeech regions on the head opposite to the affectedlimbs,and 17 in the control group who were treatedwith routine medication.After two month treatment,the total effective rate in both groups was no mark-ed difference,but the cure rate of the observed gr-oup was higher than that of the control group,andthe difference was noticeable.(P<0.01).It is indi-cated that needling Neiguan and the speech regionsof head acupuncture can effectually eliminate thesymptom of forced laughing.
