摘要
[目的]探讨除草剂药害对胡麻生长发育的影响并研究植物生长调节剂对除草剂药害的缓解效应。[方法]通过田间试验,测定胡麻生物量及叶绿素SPAD值等生理指标,探讨4种除草剂在超剂量使用时对胡麻生长发育的影响,并研究植物生长调节剂对几种除草剂药害的缓解效应。[结果]4种除草剂在超剂量使用时均会对胡麻的生长发育造成不同程度的抑制,药害发生后喷施植物生长调节剂对几种除草剂药害的均有一定程度的缓解。[结论]药害发生后及时喷施植物生长调节剂可有效缓解几种除草剂对胡麻生长发育的抑制作用,使受害胡麻达到正常生长或接近正常生长水平。
[Aims] The aims were to investigate the effects of herbicide on the growth and development of oil flax and to study the remission effect of plant growth regulators on the drug damage of herbicides.[Methods] Field trials were conductedto investigate the effects of 4 herbicides at super doses on the growth and development of flax,and to study plant growth regulator on remission effect of several herbicides harm by the determination of oil flax biomass and chlorophyll SPAD value,physiological index.[Results] The 4 herbicides could inhibit the growth and development of oil flax at different doses.Spraying plant growth regulators can ease the damage caused by several kinds of herbicides.[Conclusions] To spray plant growth regulator in time can alleviate effectively the damage and make the injured oil flax grow normally or nearly attach to normal growth level.
