1起家庭误食曼陀罗食物中毒事件的调查 被引量:4

Investigation on an incident of food poisoning caused by ingestion of datura stramonium

摘要 目的通过本次事件细致规范的调查,为以后的工作提供借鉴。方法对家庭中就餐及未就餐人员、可疑食品原料及食品加工流程等进行流行病学调查,采集剩余原材料、到可疑原材料种植地采集植株及图片进行形态学鉴别,采集病例血液、尿液标本进行实验室诊断。结果该事件中毒及出现反应人员均食用了伴有可疑"青菜"的面食,就餐人数4人,中毒3人,轻微反应1人,未食用者不发病;食用多的发病早、病情重,存在剂量反应关系;潜伏期为30min至3h,中位值50min;临床症状、体征与曼陀罗中毒符合;实验室及形态学鉴定符合。结论该起事件是由误食曼陀罗幼苗引起的食物中毒。 Objective To conduct a detailed and normative investigation of this incident,so as to provide reference for future work. Methods An investigation was conducted among the people who were eating or not eating,investigate suspicious food,raw materials and food processing processes in the family.Remaining raw materials were collected,plant and pictures were collected from suspicious raw material cultivation sites,and morphological identification was carried out.Blood and urine samples were collected for laboratory diagnosis. Results All the people who were poisoned or slightly reactive had eaten noodles with "green vegetables".The total number of dinner was 4,3 were poisoned and 1 was slightly reactive.Those who did not eat were free from poisoning;while those who suffered.There was a dose-effect relationship between " vegetables" and poisoning:the more they ate,the worse they suffered.The incubation period was 30 min-3 h,50 min as the median.Not only the clinical symptoms but also the laboratory and morphological identification were consistent with datura poisoning. Conclusion The incident is food poisoning caused by datura.
