学习情绪在气质性乐观与职业决策效能感关系中的调节效应 被引量:1

摘要 采用职业决策效能感量表(CDSES)、学习情绪量表(LES)和气质性乐观量表(LOT-R)对420名大学生进行施测,探讨大学生职业决策效能感的状况,气质性乐观、学习情绪与职业决策效能感的关系,以及学习情绪在气质性乐观与职业决策效能感之间关系的调节效应。结果发现:(1)大学生职业决策效能感较好,但职业决策效能感结构发展不平衡;(2)职业决策效能感与气质性乐观、积极学习情绪存在显著正相关性,与消极学习情绪存在显著负相关性;(3)学习情绪在气质性乐观与职业决策效能感的关系中调节效应显著,其中积极学习情绪具有正向调节作用,而消极学习情绪具有负向调节作用。 By surveying 420 college students with Career Decision-Making Self Efficacy Scale(CDSES),Learning Emotions Scale(LES)and The Life Orientation Test(LOT-R),this study aims to explore the status of career decision-making efficacy,the relationship between dispositional optimism,learning emotion with career decision-making efficacy,and also the effects of learning emotion between dispositional optimism and career decision-making efficacy.The results show that:college students' career decision-making efficacy is generally in good level,but the dimensions of career decision-making efficacy development unbalanced;career decision-making efficacy's total score and all its dimensions correlate positively with dispositional optimism and also positive learning emotion,but correlate negatively with negative learning emotion;learning emotions moderates significantly on relationship between dispositional optimism and career decision-making efficacy,which positive learning emotion moderates positively and negative learning emotions moderate negatively.
