摘要
由农村社会变迁带来的代际关系、家庭结构、价值观念等方面的变化,使传统的养老模式正在发生改变;同时市场经济、劳动能力、收入结构及个人经历等推动了农民的分化,农民的养老诉求差异明显。而农村养老服务的供给内容、主体和模式还没有及时跟进,养老服务供给的错位与失衡问题并存,有效的养老服务供给不足,难以满足农村老年人养老的实际需要。要结合农村社会的发展趋势以及农民养老的多元诉求,推动居家养老模式的发展,提供差异化的养老服务供给,塑造家庭养老责任和伦理秩序,提升养老服务的有效供给能力,为乡村振兴和全面小康社会的建成提供有力支撑。
Due to changes in intergenerational relationships,family structure and values brought by rural social changes,the traditional elderly care model has also changed. Meanwhile,the market economy,labor capacity,income structure and personal experience have promoted the differentiation of farmers. The differences in the demands of elderly care are obvious,but the supply of rural elderly care services has not followed up in time. The misdistribution and imbalance of elderly services leads to the fact that the effective provision of elderly care services is insufficient to meet the actual needs of rural elderly people. It is necessary to combine the development trend of rural society and the multiple demands of peasants for elderly care services,promote the development of the local elderly care,provide differentiated elderly care services,shape the responsibilities and ethical order of family care and improve the effective supply of elderly care services,thus providing support for rural vitalization and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
