摘要
从十八大以来,习近平对生态文明建设提出了一系列新理念、新论断和新要求,归纳起来主要是从发展生态经济、建设生态政治、厚植生态文化、培育生态公民等四个维度对生态文明建设作了系统阐述。这四个方面是辩证统一关系:生态经济是物质基础,生态政治是政治导向,生态文化是文化底蕴,生态公民是主体力量。特别重要的是,从社会的经济、政治、文化和公民视域谋划与部署生态文明建设路径,也是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设思想的鲜明特色。从学理上探讨与阐述这一问题,对拓展生态文明建设路径,进而对坚持与发展中国特色社会主义事业,无疑具有重要的现实意义。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jin-ping put forward a series of new ideas, new diagnosis and new requirements to the construction of ecologi- cal civilization, which mainly illustrate the construction of ecological civilization from four-fold dimension of developing ecological economy, constructing ecological politics, strengthening eco- logical culture and cultivating ecological citizenship. These four aspects are dialectical and unified with ecological economy as material basis, ecological politics as political orientation, ecological culture as cultural deposits, and ecological citizenship as the main force. Moreover, planning and deploying ecological civilization construction from the perspective of economy, politics, culture, and citizens are distinctive features of ecological civilization construction in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Exploring and expounding this issue from the perspective of theory, it is of great practical significance for the expansion of the path of ecological civilization construc- tion, and the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
