摘要
结合医院实际,通过在护理单元开展品管圈活动,将品管圈应用于全成本核算管理中,进一步增强医务人员凝聚力和成本意识,促进精细核算,实现低耗高效,提升患者满意度,谋求医院发展。
Combined with the reality of hospitals,the quality control circle was applied to the total cost accounting management through carrying out the nursing quality control circle activities by nursing units,to further enhance the cohesion and cost consciousness of medical staff,promote fine accounting,achieve low consumption and high efficiency,improve patient satisfaction and seek hospital development.
