整体中空夹层复合材料剪切强度分析

摘要 为研究整体中空夹层复合材料的层间剪切性能,根据材料的芯材几何结构,建立双菱形剪切力学模型,分析了经纬向剪切工况下芯材根部应力状态.采用最大应力理论推导出材料的剪切强度计算式,并预测了相应的失效模式,试验测试结果证实了理论模型的准确性.在此基础上,根据经纬向剪切强度理论计算式,进一步研究了材料织造参数对剪切强度的影响规律.结果表明:整体中空夹层复合材料的经纬向剪切强度随芯材高度的增加而降低,但随绒经纱号数或绒经密度的增加而显著提高;经向剪切强度不随芯材倾角变化而变化,而纬向剪切强度随芯材倾角的增大而增加. In order to study the interlaminar shear performance of hollow integrated sandwich composite, a "double rhombus' model for shear mechanical analysis is established according to its core geometry structure. Based on the model, the stress state of cores' root region is calculated, the analytical expressions of warp and weft shear strength are derived through the application of Maximum Stress Theory and the failure mode of material is predicted. By comparing the theoretical results with experimental data, the accuracy of theoretical analysis is verified. On this basis, the influence of weaving parameters on shear strength has been studied. The major conclusions are as follows: with the increase of pile height, the warp and weft shear strength decreases, instead, the increase of piles' yarn number or density prominently improves the material's shear strength. The warp shear strength is unrelated to the pile inclination while the weft strength is improved with the growth of pile inclination.
