摘要
高校档案数字化建设可以提高档案利用效率,实现高效科学的管理,有利于档案原件的保管保护,节约档案管理空间和成本。目前高校档案数字化还存在许多问题,比如数字化程度低,办公自动化系统与档案管理系统缺乏统一标准且对接困难,档案数字化人才缺乏,资金、设备缺乏等。要加快高校档案数字化发展进程,就必须针对这些问题提出相应的对策,加强组织领导,将档案数字化建设纳入学校信息化建设规划,加大基础设施投入,引进档案数字化专业复合型人才,制定数字化方案,分步分阶段地推进高校档案数字化建设。
The construction ol digital archives in universities can improve the archives utilization, achieve efficient and scientific management, facilitate the preservation and protection of original archives, and save space and cost of file management. There are still such problems in digital archives of universities as lower level of digitization, lack of unified standards in the office automation system and archives management system and difficulty in docking,a shortage of talents, funds and equipments,etc. This paper proposes some countermeasures, such as strengthening organizational leadership,integrating archival digitalization into university information construction, increasing infrastructure investment, introducing professional talents and making digital programs to promote the construction of digital archives in universities step by step.
