摘要 通过对重载铁路运行的C96型30t轴重新型车辆与25 t轴重以下通用型敞车部件组成、尺寸、材质等方面的对比分析、研究,结合最新检修工艺流程、工装设备配置情况,论述日照南车辆段作为重载铁路车辆段,应以C96型30 t轴重车辆的检修为主,兼顾25 t轴重以下车型的检修。确定新建30 t轴重车辆段总平面布局及检修工艺方案,在工艺设计、工装设备配置上充分考虑30 t轴重车辆检修工艺的适应性,以满足各种车型的检修需求。 Through the composition,analysis and study of the heavy haul railway C96 30 t axis vehicles and the general vehicles bellow 25 t axle load in terms of the parts,size,material and other aspects and in view of new repair process and equipment configuration,this paper concludes that the Rizhao South Vehicle Depot as a heavy haul railway depot should focuses on the overhaul of C96 30 t axle load vehicle and that of the vehicle less than 25 t axle load. New 30 t axle depot layout and maintenance process scheme are defined,and process design and equipment configuration are addressed in the light of 30 t axle load vehicle maintenance process adaptability to meet the needs of the overhaul of various vehicles.
