摘要 为了确保金沙江双线特大桥的安全、文明、高效、智能施工,基于法国达索BIM平台,运用CATIA构建桥梁地质、主要部件、钢筋与施工机具BIM模型,运用DELMIA建立人体工学施工仿真BIM模型,从桩基施工方案选择与优化、施工图纸校核与工程材料用量核算、三维技术交底、4D施工进度模拟、碰撞检查、关键施工工艺仿真、安全风险预警等方面入手,结合施工过程桥梁安全质量管理工程实践,深入研究BIM技术的应用价值,实现BIM地质模型的精细化构建,解决桩基施工方案选择与优化问题,实现桥梁精细化主要部件与钢筋模型的构建,解决施工图纸复核与材料用量核算问题,解决钢筋与预应力管道碰撞以及冷却水管与钢筋碰撞检查问题,实现DELMIA人体工学施工仿真模拟,解决安全操作空间分析与危险区域分析预警问题。 In order to ensure safety,civilized,efficient and intelligent construction of the Jinsha River double track extra long bridge,CATIA is utilized to establish such BIM models as bridge geology,main components,reinforcement and construction machinery based on Dassault BIM platform. DELMIA is used to establish human engineering simulation model. In-depth study of the application value of BIM Technology is conducted in terms of the selection and optimization of construction scheme pile foundation,construction drawing check,engineering material consumption calculation,three dimensional technical disclosure,4 D construction schedule simulation,collision check,key construction process simulation,early warning security risk and so on. In view of the construction process,bridge safety,quality management and engineering practice,fine BIM geological model construction is realized to fulfill pile foundation construction scheme selection and optimization,the construction of fine bridge main parts and reinforced model of the construction drawings and the amount of material accounting review. The collision between the reinforced and the prestressed pipe,and the cooling water pipe and steel collision check are solved. DELMIA human engineering construction simulation is conducted to solve the problems in safe operation space analysis,dangerous area analysis and early warning.
