摘要
开发了一种能够自动冲孔、卸料、收集的纸张冲孔机。通过分析纸制品冲孔的特点,设计了适用于纸张加工的冲孔模具和卸料机构;基于冲孔机机械结构和气动系统控制原理的研究,采用双延时继电器自动控制冲孔和卸料过程。实际应用结果表明:该冲孔机成功地解决了纸张冲孔时易发生的纸张与冲头无法分离的问题,有效地提高了冲孔精度、质量和生产效率,能够满足纸制品制造行业的需要,具有较高的实际应用价值。
A paper punching machine is developed which can automatically punch,remove and collect the paper. Through analyzing the punching features of the paper products,a punching die and removal mechanism were designed suitable for paper machining.Based on researching mechanical structure and pneumatic system control principle of the punching machine,double delay relay was used to automatically control punching and discharging process. Application in practice results show that the use of the punching machine successfully solved the frequent problem that the paper and the punch cannot be separated,and effectively improve the punching precision,quality and production efficiency. It can meet the needs for paper products industry,and has higher practical application value.
