摘要
针对变速工况滚动轴承故障诊断问题,提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)滤波和极值点包络阶次的特征提取方法。对变速工况下采集的振动信号进行VMD滤波以提高信噪比,同时抑制转速波动引起的振动趋势项;搜寻滤波信号的极大值,并进行端点延拓,通过极值点插值拟合求得信号包络线;利用计算阶比跟踪技术将时域包络线转变到角度域,进而得到信号的包络阶次谱;仿真与实际数据测试表明,基于极值点的包络阶次方法可以有效提取调幅信号中的调制阶次,并且VMD滤波可以使得故障特征阶次更加凸显,易于故障识别,该方法为变速工况下的滚动轴承故障诊断提供参考。
To diagnose rolling bearing failures under variable speed working conditions,a method based on the variational mode decomposition( VMD) filtering and extreme envelope order was put forward. The vibration signal collected in variable speed conditions was filtered by the VMD in order to improve its signal-to-noise ratio and inhibit the vibration tendency term caused by speed variation. Searching the maximum of the filtered signal and extending its endpoints,an envelope signal was gained by the process of spline fitting. The time domain envelope signal was then transformed to the angle domain by using the computed order tracking technology,and then an envelope order spectrum was obtained by FFT. The simulation and experiment tests show that the proposed method can effectively extract the modulation order from modulated signal,and the VMD filtering can make fault features more highlight,which is conducive for fault identification. The proposed method provides a reference to the rolling bearing fault diagnosis under variable speed conditions.
