摘要
随着国家产业政策的调整,水泥行业的节能降耗越来越受到普遍重视,各企业都在通过设备、工艺等各种途径达到节能增效的目的,其中陶瓷研磨体的应用作为节能的有效举措被水泥企业普遍认可,并取得了良好的效果。成形工艺大致可分为:压制成形和滚制成形2种。其中压制成形工艺以其自动化程度高、成形压力大、结构致密均匀、抗压强度大等优点被广泛应用在陶瓷研磨体生产行业。但是压制成形工艺也需要满足一些特定的生产条件,否则也会出现裂纹、分层、强度低、粘膜等问题。笔者就多年来对影响坯体成形质量因素的研究,在此与大家分享交流。
With the adjustment of national industrial policies, the energy saving and consumption reduction of the cement in dustry has received more and more attention. And various companies have achieved the goal of energy saving and efficiency improvement through various means such as equipment and processes, among which the application of ceramic grinding media has been universally accepted bycement enterprise because of good effect in energy conservation. The molding process is roughly divided into two types: press forming and roll forming. And the press molding process is widely used in the ce ramic grinding media production industry for its advantages of high degree of automation, high molding pressure, compact and uniform structure and high compressive strength. But the pressing molding process also needs to meet sonic specific production conditions, or there will be cracks, stratification, low strength, adhesion and other problems. The author will share the influence factors based on the study about the quality of green bodies molding.
