摘要
目的:比较用富马酸比索洛尔与胺碘酮治疗房颤的效果。方法:对2016年8月至2017年7月期间渠县人民医院收治的80例房颤患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。按照这80例患者入院的先后顺序,将其分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,加用胺碘酮对对照组患者进行治疗,加用富马酸比索洛尔对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者中心律转复患者所占的比例及维持窦性心律患者所占的比例相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者尿蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐和空腹血糖的水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间上述指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压和心率均低于治疗前(P<0.05),其LVEF高于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间上述指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对房颤患者进行常规治疗的同时,加用富马酸比索洛尔或胺碘酮对其进行治疗均能收到良好的效果。
Objective： To compare the effects of bisoprolol fumarate and amiodarone on atrial fibrillation. Methods： the clinical data of 80 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted by quxian people＇s hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were retrospectively studied. The 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of admission. Both groups were routinely treated. On this basis, patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone, patients in the observation group were treated with bisoprolol fumarate, and then the clinical indicators of patients in the two groups were compared. Results： after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the proportion of patients with arrhythmias and those with sinus rhythm maintenance（P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, two groups of patients with urinary albumin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and fasting glucose levels are lower than before treatment（P〈 0.05）, but compared to the index difference between groups have no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）. After treatment, two groups of patients with systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were lower than before treatment（P〈 0.05）, the LVEF is higher than before treatment（P〈 0.05）, but compared to the index difference between groups have no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： the combination of bisoprolol fumarate and amiodarone in the treatment of atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial fibrillation is effective.
