摘要
首先对变分模态分解(VMD)算法对噪声干扰信号的分离效果进行了研究,然后针对储油罐壁漏磁信号的特点,提出了基于VMD的储油罐壁漏磁检测方法,并通过观察中心频率是否相近来确定预设模态数K值,对实验采集的信号进行VMD分解重构,有效地去除干扰信号并重构出所需的漏磁信号,能够较为精准地确认微弱缺陷。结果表明:基于VMD算法的漏磁检测技术能够有效地应用于储油罐壁的缺陷检测。
The separation effect of variational mode decomposition( VMD) algorithm in noise jamming signals was studied; and considering characteristics of leakage flux signals in the oil storage tank,a VMD-based method of detecting the magnetic flux leakage of oil storage tank was proposed,in which,having the preset mode number K value determined by observing whether the center frequency is close; and having the collected experimental signals decomposed and reconstructed through VMD algorithm to effectively remove the interference signal and reconstruct the required magnetic flux leakage signal so as to accurately confirm the weak defect.The results show that,the VMD-based magnetic flux leakage detection technique can be applied in detection of the magnetic flux leakage of oil storage tank effectively.
